  • If the candidate is offered the position, we work with you on the offer letter and salary negotiation (many of our clients prefer to do this directly)
  • Fee is due to Astound if the candidate is hired (ask for fee schedule)
  • We check in via telephone or video with all hired candidates at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals after their start date.
